  • Does Ice For You provide same day service?

    • Yes, if you call in a service call before 2:00pm our service tech will be there to service
      the ice machine the same day, with the exception of Sundays and holidays.

 

  • Is it cheaper to buy my own machine and pay the costs to own it?

    • Ice For You takes the trouble, worry, and expense out of owning an ice machine.
      Did you know the ice machine has the highest cost of ownership of any restaurant equipment? The dishwasher is next in line, but only 1/2 as expensive as the ice machine.

  • How do I pay for my ice machine?

    • You can pay via debit or credit card. 

 

  • Do you have credit checks or contact credit accounts?

    • No, we do not. Our agreement is only between you and Ice For You. No credit checks.

 

  • What can we do with the old ice machine?

    • As part of the start-up service, we will remove and dispose of your old ice making equipment.
      We recover the used Freon and recycle the rest at no charge to you.

 

  • Do I have to pay for service calls?

    • With Ice For You, the service charges are included in the monthly rental fee. You are not responsible for repair costs, including parts, labor, and all service.

 

  • What happens if we need a larger or smaller ice machine?

    • If your ice quantity needs change, you can exchange the ice machine for another to better suit your needs. You can increase or decrease the capacity of your ice requirement with a new monthly rate.

 

 

  • What about after the rental period is over, can we continue?

    • After the agreed period has passed, you can continue on a month-to-month basis with the ability for either party to cancel with a 30-day written notice.
